Welcome to the "Villa Mares", our fantastically cosy 140 sqm house in Istmo de la Pared. This property can accommodate up to six people allowing them to experience complete luxury: Nicely furnished living room with fireplace and large SAT flat screen TV, and Internet access/WLAN for free. Opulent kitchen with dining area and additional dining room. Spacious bathroom with jaccuzzi, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Another bathroom with large shower, toilet and washbasin. 2 bedrooms with double bed, large wardrobe and dresser. In one bedroom there is a large satellite flat-screen TV. Garden with lawn, beds and chairs for relaxing. Large heated and covered pool (8x4m) and a 30 sqm sun terrace with outdoor shower, comfortable sunbeds and stunning sea views. Garden area with sun loungers for extensive, sheltered sunbathing, with a Mediterranean outdoor grill for relaxing with a glass of local wine at the end of the day. Ten minutes' walk from your front door is the 800 m long sandy beach of La Pared, great for nudists. A minute away is the nearest golf course with a 6-hole course and a 9-hole driving range. And in the centre you will find everything you need for a carefree stay - from spa treatments to international gastronomy and a supermarket.
Optionally, a separate guest room next to Villa Mares with single bed, wardrobe, small sitting area, toilet and washbasin can also be rented.

It is best to rent a car directly at the airport in Puerto del Rosario or via www.cicar.com. Getting to your holiday home:
Directions to Villa Mares
- Exit the airport on the FV 2 towards Morro Jable.
- Take the motorway exit for Costa Calma ESTE ( East) No. 64
- Turn left after about 5 km and drive into La Pared.
- At the first roundabout take the third exit.
- Then take the 1st turn on the left.
- It is the third house on the left.
- Address: Puerto Nuevo 5 in La Pared.
